For nearly thirty years, he has traveled the world’s kitchens, honing his expertise and developing a philosophy of cooking that conveys generosity, tradition, flavours, and ingenuity.
Vincent crafts his dishes by combining inherited know-how, respected local products, and a touch of boldness.
