Rental Agreement

RESERVATION POLICY FOR ACCOMMODATION:
Only the payment of a deposit confirms the reservation. Your credit card number, expiry date and cryptogram are required for validation. The final amount of your stay must be paid 30 days before arrival.
Check-in time: your accommodation will be ready from 4.00 pm.
Check-out time: your accommodation must be vacated by 10 a.m. at the latest. Any delay will result in the invoicing of an additional night.
Early check-in and late check-out are possible on request and depending on availability.
Late check-out after 10am without prior reservation is charged at 100% of the nightly rate.
Baby cot (0-2 years): available on request prior to arrival and subject to availability.

GUARANTEE DEPOSIT:
All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card prior to arrival. No deposit or prepayment is required at the time of confirmation, payment is made after booking and before check-in, online via a payment link on our partner platform SWIKLY. The deposit is 2500€ for: Le GRENIER / La CACHETTE, and 750€ for: Le GALETAS / Le VIROLET / L'ATELIER / Le CERTOUX / Les LUCIOLES / Le RIVIERA PALACE.. It will be paid back within a reasonable period of time, not exceeding 7 working days after the inventory of fixtures. If damage is noted, La Dragonne SARL is entitled to withhold all or part of the security deposit up to the amount of the repairs and the administrative costs (5% excluding VAT of the amount collected + €0.25 excluding VAT). In this case, the security deposit, after deduction of the repairs and administrative costs, will be returned within 2 months of the inventory of fixtures at the end of the rental period, together with proof of the amounts withheld from the security deposit.

In the event of non-compliance with the security deposit procedure via SWIKLY, to secure the reservation and as a precaution against potential damages, a bank card imprint and a copy of the renter's identity card will be required before entering the premises. Access to the accommodation may be refused if these guarantees are not presented, without cancelling the reservation. No refund will be made in this case.

COVID 19:
The CASALERO Group is closely following the evolution of the Covid 19 epidemic and is paying the greatest attention to the health and safety of its employees and customers by applying reinforced sanitary measures. Hydro-alcohol gel is available in all accommodation. The catering offer proposed at LA FERME DES LOMBARDES is adapted by the delivery of meals to the accommodation. Today, given the evolution of the health situation and the epidemic being now a fact, reservations are made in full knowledge of the facts. No refunds will be made due to COVID19, with the exception of a general confinement decided by the French government.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation without penalty is possible up to 30 days before the date of arrival. After this period, in case of cancellation, postponement of arrival, early departure or no-show, the full amount of your reservation will be charged and debited. Any request for cancellation will only be effective once La Dragonne SARL has confirmed its acceptance by post or email.

MEAL ORDER AND CANCELLATION POLICY AT LA FERME DES LOMBARDES:
Meals ordered at La Ferme des Lombardes will be charged even if they are not consumed. Cancellation without charges is possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. INTERNAL REGULATIONS:
Any violation of the present rules and/or the laws of the commune of residence will engage your responsibility, expose you to restoration costs and potentially to legal proceedings.

1-OCCUPATION OF THE ACCOMMODATION - The client is not allowed to bring in third parties not known to the Management unless authorised by the latter. Likewise, the client may not rent a room for a number of persons greater than that provided for by the regulations in force.

2- KEY MANAGEMENT - The key to the accommodation is a physical key given on arrival. It must not be given to a third party and must be returned on the day of departure. In the event of non-return, the establishment will charge 250€ and deduct the amount from the client's credit card.

3-NUISANCES AND RESPECT FOR OTHER CLIENTS AND NEIGHBOURS - Noise, even during the day, is forbidden. Any client causing a disturbance or scandal in any form whatsoever will be asked to leave the premises immediately and without refund. In the interest of the tranquillity of the establishment, and of the neighbourhood, all noise must cease between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m., such as loud music, shouting over a prolonged period, pounding or incessant footsteps. It is forbidden to organise parties or evenings without informing the Management beforehand and without obtaining its written agreement.

4-PROTECTION OF THE PREMISES: HYGIENE AND SAFETY RULES - In order to maintain the serenity of the premises, a decent, restrained and discreet attitude is required. You will be charged for anything that requires thorough cleaning after a traveller has left, including large amounts of rubbish, debris or food scattered throughout the accommodation. Any breach of hygiene and safety regulations will result in the eviction without notice of any person whose behaviour is contrary to these rules.

5-PETS - Pets are not allowed, except for guide dogs and assistance dogs which are admitted free of charge with prior agreement from the management.

6-PARKING - Private outdoor parking is available to our guests. Only one parking space is included in the rental of an accommodation except for the CACHETTE which has two parking spaces. Any extra vehicles must be parked outside the establishment. We decline all responsibility in case of loss/theft/damage in the car park.

7- NO SMOKING - For safety reasons and out of respect for everyone, smoking is strictly prohibited in the accommodation. Any untimely activation of the fire alarm due to non-compliance with this provision will be charged €150 for the cost of restoring the fire safety system.

8- TOURIST TAX - The tourist tax is due per person and per night. Its amount, which can be consulted at the town hall or at the tourist office concerned.

9- PAYMENT - The Management reserves the right to check the bank details provided to guarantee the reservation. The Management reserves the right to debit your credit card for the full amount of your stay. Please note that if the payment is refused, the reservation may be cancelled. For all bookings, La Dragonne SARL will charge the full amount of the stay, in case of early departure or no show.

For any dispute, the French courts are the only ones competent, with application of French law.
